We offer baked goods and related products for purchase through multiple channels, including online orders, wholesale supply, our retail locations in Currumbin and Tweed Heads, and selected stockists.
All product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
Food and Allergen Disclaimer:
Our products are made in kitchens that handle common allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, sesame, and eggs. While we take care, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
We accept payment via secure payment providers available through our website. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
4. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to product availability or errors in pricing.
5. Pickup and Delivery
Retail orders placed through our online store are available for collection only from our retail locations in Currumbin or Tweed Heads. Customers must select their preferred pickup location and time at checkout.
We do not offer retail delivery for online orders.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all pickup and delivery details provided are accurate.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Our Refund Policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund if products are faulty, not as described, or do not meet consumer guarantees.
We ask that any issues with products are reported to us as soon as possible after purchase.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or the cost of resupplying the product.
