Made with organic plain, rye, and wholemeal flours, plus millet, sunflower seeds, pearl barley, chickpeas, and caraway seeds. A hearty, wholesome loaf perfect for toasting or fresh sandwiches (1200g).

Organic rye flour, organic white flour, organic wholemeal flour, bread social starter, whey and salt.

Store for up 4-5 days at room temperature. For extended storage, sourdough can be frozen for up to 2 months.
